Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Gifter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Gifter for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Gifter
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

User Accounts

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Updating your information to keep it accurate and complete

User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create and share on Gifter, including gift lists and wish items. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content as necessary to provide our services.

• Does not contain spam or malicious code

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to Gifter. However, we do not guarantee that our service will always be available, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Disclaimer

The materials on Gifter are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Gifter or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Gifter, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gifter and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
